Total hard drive capacity ranges from 36 GB to 1022 GB. Removable peripherals such as 4MM DAT, 8MM Exabyte, CD-ROM, SCSI Floppy and other devices are also available. Interfaces supported include Ultra SCSI, Ultra2 SCSI and Ultra160 SCSI.

Manufactured from lightweight aluminum, the SmartStor 7Xtp is constructed for durability and strength to ensure the protection and long life of your peripherals. Companion, hot-swap removable TranzPak 6 modules allow compounding levels of physical, electronic and data security; including physical prevention of module extraction, staged power-up sequencing and read/write data protection.

The SCSI address is module controlled and provides Follow-Me SCSI ID. Oversized fans provide front-to-back cooling and there is accommodation for multiple SCSI buses.
